Standard processing and shipping takes 5-10 business days. During sales, processing and shipping is 7-14 business days. Orders may be received sooner, however this is not guaranteed. Local pickup is available in the St. Louis area and surrounding counties and can be selected at checkout. We do suggest contacting us prior to submitting your order to ensure we do in fact have the inventory ready at that time.

With proper maintenance your extensions can last more than 3 years. Hair care tips are provided with all orders to ensure you have the tools to get complete longevity of your extensions.

For inches 16"-22" we suggest 3 bundles, 24"-30" 4 bundles are suggested.

Yes, B. Flawless Extensions can be colored to your liking. We do suggest having your extensions colored professionally.

We understand that with hair extensions, mishaps may occur. There may be instances where a credit is given for future purchases, depending on the severity of the hair's condition as well as the length of time between the purchase and issue at hand. We will ask a series of questions to determine this. However, all sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds!

We do allow exchanges within 5 business days for shipping orders and 3 calendar days for local orders. Exchanges must be for the same lengths originally purchased. For example, you purchased 18, 20, 22 Straight, but decided you would like Body Wave instead. The hair being exchanged must be in the same packaging and condition as it was received. Any alterations of the extensions will cause the exchange to be invalid.
